of FCSI Worldwide, I find myself reflecting with a deep sense of gratitude and pride. Serving this Society and our global membership has been one of the greatest honors of my professional life. Over the past two years, I have had the privilege to witness firsthand the strength of our community, the creativity of our consultants, and the innovation of our Allied partners. Tese individuals and companies directly shape the foodservice industry every day. Tis edition celebrates those that have left a lasting mark on the world of foodservice. From the pioneers who set the standards we follow today, to the rising leaders charting new paths forward, our industry is built on collaboration, resilience, and a

shared commitment to excellence. Tese stories remind us why we do what we do and how far we’ve come in our 70-year journey. Over the last few months,
we have again experienced the vibrancy of our profession through FCSI events. Te FCSI LatAm Summit in Cancun was a wonderful example of connection and shared learning. Te event brought together consultants and manufacturers from across the region in a spirit of education, collaboration, and innovation. Tis was followed by the HostMilano Show in Italy, showcasing the very best our industry has to offer. With an estimated attendance of 200,000 attendees, the show highlighted the latest groundbreaking technologies and cutting-edge design solutions. FCSI EAME introduced an impressive new booth featuring speakers and roundtables throughout the show. It was wonderful to see a strong participation of FCSI members from around the globe. As I reflect on my own journey with FCSI, I am reminded of the many individuals who have made a lasting impression on me personally. Tere have been many colleagues, mentors, and friends who have shaped my

journey as a consultant as well as a leader within FCSI. I, of course, must recognize my father, Ed Norman FFCSI (PP), for introducing me to the Society at a young age, as well as being an amazing mentor in my career journey. I would also like to extend my sincere appreciation to all past and current presidents, divisional chairs, board members, FCSI staff, and volunteers. It is the people who truly make this Society exceptional, and we owe a great deal to those who have devoted their time and energy to advancing both FCSI and the foodservice industry as a whole. Te industry continues to
evolve, yet its heart remains constant. It is all about people working together to share, support, and inspire. Tank you for allowing me to be part of that story and for the privilege of serving you. I look forward to continuing to support FCSI and this incredible community in new ways in the years ahead.
