Designed for housing association Trudo, this mixed-use building in Eindhoven will be made up of 56 apartments, with a mixture of social housing and mid-sector rental units. Tey will sit above a two-story base that will house retail spaces, a cafe or restaurant, or offices.Te design, arranged in a stepped, tribune-like shape, turns the building into a grandstand overlooking one of the city’s liveliest public squares

STILT-HOUSE HOTEL SETÚBAL, PORTUGAL Architect - MAST Builder - TBC Opens - 2026


Danish Maritime Architecture Studio (MAST) will transform an abandoned Portuguese salt production area into a new hotel concept with a cluster of stilt houses hovering over the lagoons. Timber cabins, inspired by traditional fisherman’s huts, will be accessible by foot via walkways or by boat or kayak. An old salt production building will become a restaurant and spa.
