surprises. Te design and planning process for New World Hoiana started in 2016 and construction took place amid the Covid-19 pandemic, meaning CKP had to quickly shift online to get their job done. “One of the biggest lessons was the importance of flexibility and adaptability in project management,” Tan notes. “Unexpected challenges will arise, and being able to pivot and find solutions quickly is crucial.”


Te New World Hoiana Resort will be the venue for the FCSI Asia Pacific Conference, taking place in July 2025.
