Constructed mainly in wood, the Marengo Multimodal Transport Hub will act as a link between the Toulouse city center, the UNESCO-listed Canal du Midi and the Périole neighborhood. Te transport hub’s hang-out areas, covering 4,400m2


and spread across the


ground floor and two sub-levels, will feature flexible and informal public spaces open to all, including areas for rest as well as commercial and cultural activities.


AVENIDA CORDOBA 120 BUENOS AIRES, ARGENTINA Architect - Foster + Partners Builder - Pellegrinet Opens - 2025


Tis 35-storey office tower will be a sustainable addition to the central district of Buenos Aires. Te triangular form of the building will maximize views towards the Rio de la Plata river and the city center, while the lift core located along the southern façade will enable large, flexible and spacious floorplans. 70% of the ground plan is set to be open public space in the form of a lush garden that continues below the building, which will be raised above a café. Te garden will offer a natural oasis for office workers and the public to relax and for larger scale corporate events.
