Ready to move on to even bigger and better things
Continued expansion over the past year and a focus on driving future growth has seen outsourced IT support company NewGen IT Services move into new premises in Wellingborough. T e move into the larger space is the result of the growth
of the team, now standing at nine people. In addition, with room for up to 24 in total, the new offi ces mean NewGen IT has the scope to expand and develop over the coming years. T e new premises, on Paterson Road on the Finedon
Road Industrial Estate, also have space for meetings between clients, staff and vendors, as well as providing an opportunity for on-site training and product demonstrations. A Tech Bar, where products on off er are showcased, is open to any clients or potential clients looking to fi nd out more about the technology available before making a decision. Managing Director Suraj Dholakia, said: “Going from a
smaller space to larger, open-plan offi ces that will support our plans to grow – this year and in the years to come – has been a very exciting time for us. “NewGen IT has built a great reputation over the past
few years and this is the step we needed to take to refl ect the business we are today and show that there’s much more to come.”
Among the additions to the team over the past year
have been Jo-elle Mckean as Head of Technology and Service, and Sales Director Matt Garratt. Matt said: “T e idea of the offi ce move was to bring
NewGen IT into the heart of the Northamptonshire busi- ness community, allowing us to increase our in-house services and really push forward. “Jo-elle, who has gained great experience within the
industry as she’s developed her career, provides NewGen IT with a fi gurehead, and she’s building a team around her that will be a platform for developing tech roadmaps for customers so that we can become the trusted provider for the local business community. “Alongside that, Suraj and I are working hard to build
partnerships with local businesses, trying to get the busi- ness’s name out there and networking with associates and potential clients to extend the company’s local reach as far as possible. “Together, the team are delivering a seamless and
proactive service that provides clients with all their IT needs, from decisions about hardware through to connectivity and ongoing support and after sales care.” NewGen IT Services clients can choose from one of
four core IT support packages – Monitored, Block Hours, Advanced and Ultimate – while bespoke packages can be created where necessary to delivers the perfect solution.
