Experience Executives
Reporting to Customer Experience Team Leader.
A summary of what we are looking for
- Resolution driven, always striving for a positive response and delivery of options to customer’s telecoms and IT constraints
- Able to demonstrate a confident and friendly telephone manner
- Business acumen with a keen eye for development opportunities, skilled at time management and workload prioritisation
- Previous experience in a Customer Services environment with a minimum of 2 years’
- 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday
2x Lead Generation Executives Reporting to Lead Generation Manager.
- Key resource within our sales process, performing outbound B2B prospecting
- Required to fact find and uncover customer needs - Clear and influential communicator
- Making direct calls to prospective businesses and generating quality appointments for sales
- Previous experience in telesales or service environment is desirable - 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday
