sight of goal midway through the half when Isaac Baldwin’s shot was saved by Matt Green,
before the visitors replaced
Joe Jagger with Ryan Hall, which proved a key introduc tion.
Just before the break, how
ever, Dom Mulkerrin went down awkwardly after an in nocuous challenge, result

place. The second half saw Brig
house start the brighter, and they levelled the scores ons8
minutes, when substitute Hall broke clear on the right and his shot found the top corner of the net. The lead lasted just two
minutes as, from a Garner cor ner, captain Steve Mercer rose toheadthehostsbackin front. But on 65 minutes, Brig

ball past Green in the Clithe- roegoal.
Clear chances werefew and

nearly stole the points in the last minute, when Ernest Boa t ’s chance was cleared off the line by Adam Freeland. A draw was a fair result on
the day, marred by the serious injury to Mulkerrin. Theclubwishhimaspeedy
