RIBBLE VALLEY BOROUGH) (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF THROUGH TRAFFIC) ORDER 2011 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Lancashire County Council have made an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, the effect of which is to prohibit temporarily any pedestrian or horse being either ridden or led from proceeding over that length of Public Bridleway No. 20, Sawley, in the Borough of Ribble Valley, indicated below:- That part of Public Bridleway No. 20 Sawley, Ribble Valley Borough, from a point approximately 120 metres from its junction with Public Footpath No. 27 Sawley at Grid Ref 7897 4735, and running in a general easterly direction for a distance of approximately 188 metres to GR 7915 4735. It then continues in a general north easterly direction for a distance of approximately 384 metres to Grid Ref 7950 4749. A total distance of approximately 572 metres. The closure is necessary because of the likelihood of danger to the public due to works associated with the Beat Herder Festival.
