LOCAL boy band H-EYES is taking to the stage on Saturday night. For band members Jack
iiTiuni
Anwyl, Nick Gizzi and Ryan Townsend this weekend's gig at The Grand is their first local performance. H-EYES is one of three bands which will be play ing at the York Street venue. Fifteen-year-old Jack, the drummer, is a pupil at Oakhill
College in Whalley, while 16- year-old vocalist and guitarist Nick and bass guitarist Ryan, also 16 are both former pupils of St Augustine's RC High School who now attend St Mary's College in Blackburn. The band, which describes
itself as a rock/indie group, has been together for just imder a year and has already played 40 gigs across the region including
performances at Manchester Academy 3, Moho Live, Live Lounge, Darwen Live, The Hordens, The Tavern Wigan, Underground Live Ashton and SUB61 in Manchester, (s) • Tickets for Saturday's gig,
