Drink-driving nurse in crash had child passenger in her car


A 'WADDINGTON woman who- crashed into an oncoming car and a stationary vehicle after drinking wine at a children’s party was later found to be nearly, three times the legal limit.

Blackburn magistrates heard that" 41-year-old nurse Joanne Green had


a child in the car with her at the time of theincident. Green, of Waddow View, pleaded


guilty to driving with excess alcohol. She was banned from driving for 22 months and fined £400 with £75 costs.'
