3.2 All advertising agencies claiming commission must quote order numbers for every booking made. 3.3 The Company reserves the right to vary these terms ol acceptance of advertising and payment in respeci of any advertising agency at the Company's disaelkm, subject to giv- tng the a d v e r t ^ agency seven days written notice thereof. 4 Time o l Payment 4.1 Pre-paymeni may be reouired for any advertisemeni at the Compan/s discretion. 4.2 Save as providea for under C(auso4.1 above, payment shall be matle lor each adver­ tisement within seven days of the date ol Ihe invoice, except that payment ot advertise­ ments charged to an approved aedil account shall be made no later than thirty days after


invoice. Should the Advertiser be in breach of these terms. Of of any contract vrith the Company, then the full amount in respect ol all advertising published and all other amounts accruing from Ihe Advertiser shaft become due and payable. 4.3 The Company reserves the right to withdraw ae dil facilities from any Advertiser at the Compan/s discretion subject to giving the Advertiser seven days written notice thereof, if practicable, or fonlmiih upon the issue of any Court proceeding against the Advertiser. 4.4 AS payments must be accompanied by the remittance advice issued by the Company. 4.5 Any query in respect o l an invoice must be brought lo the attention o f the Company within seven days of its issue. 5 Late Payments


5. t The Company shall be entitled to charge inleresi on all sums due al a rate of 2% above the base rale for the time being ol Lloyds Bank limited until payment is received, after as wcH as before any judgment is obtained. 5.2 The Company shall be entitled to add to any sums due any reasonable costs and expenses (indudng administrative costs) incurred by the Company in obtaining payment thereof on an indemnity basis. 5.3 The Company shall be entitled to charge the Advertiser £15.00 in respect ol any cheque lendered which is not met upon presentation (and to vary this charge at any time without notice).

The Shout (Sexual Health Outreach Team) has been working to improve the sexual health of young people in Hyndburn and Ribble Valley for 3 years. The team Is managed by Brook in Blackburn and is funded by East Lancashire Primary Care Trust and Lancashire Teenage Pregnancy Partnership.

This is a permanent position, seconded to Brook in Blackburn by East Lancashire Primary Care Trust, the successful applicant will have a full Family Planning Qualification including First issuing, experience of working with young people in the field of sexual health is essential, the post includes the initiation, running and development of a range of services in community based settings with a primary focus on Ribble Valley and also the ability to plan and deliver relevant educational sessions alongside SHOUT Outreach Workers and Peer Education team. Hours will be flexible and require evening and weekend working.


The position is subject to Enhanced CRB Clearance.
