promote peace AN interfaith gathering to pro­ mote peace and friendship was held by the Christmas crib at Clitheroe Castle gates on Mon­ day. Organised by the Clitheroe


Interfaith Fellowship, it was attended by around 50 people of all ages, many different reli­ gions and some of no particular faith. The aim of the gathering was to unite people in prayer and fellowship about peace and to think about people who will make difficult decisions affect­ ing the community. Candles were lit and presents
