(PROHIBITION OF WAITING) ORDER 2005


NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on Ihe 14th June, 2005, Lancashire County Council made Ihe above Traffic Regulations Order under Section 1, 2 and 4 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, the effect of which is to prohibit any motor vehicle from waiting, at any time, on any day along Ihe following lengths of road in Clitheroe:- -


(i) A6T1 Chatburn Road, north west side, from a point 13 metres north east of its junction with the centreline of Princess Avenue for 26 metres in a south westerly direction; ■


(II) Princess Avenue, south side, from its Junction with the centreline of Pimlico Road for IT melres in a easterly direction;


(iii) Princess Avenue, south west side, from a point 10 metres north of its junction with the centreline of A671 Chalburn Road for a dislance of 23 metres in a soulherly direction;


(iv) Pimlico Road, east side, from a point 13 metres north of its Junction with the centreline of Princess Avenue for 26 melres in a soulherly direction.


This Order will come into force on Ihe 17th June, 2005, and any person wishing to question the validity of Ihe Order may within 6 weeks of the dale of making apply to Ihe High Court for that purpose. A copy of the Order and plan may be inspected during normal office hours al the offices of the Chief Executive, Ribble Valley Borough Council, Council Offices, Church Walk, Clilheroe and al the offices of Ihe Executive Director of Environment, at Lancashire Counly Council, Environment Directorate, PO Box 9, Guild House, Cross Street, Preston (quoting reference; TS/TRO/3/29/GLC) until the 26th July, 2005.
