been granted the prestigious Ambassador Award, as part of business in the Community’s National Awards for Excellence. The award was presented to


Mr Booth by his Royal Highness, the Prince of Wales. Mr Booth was full of praise for owners Mr and Mrs Mike and


Karen Haworth, for their use of

their vehicles. The warning has been


issued by Insp. Bob Ford, of Clitheroe police, follow­ ing the theft of two detec­ tors from vehicles parked in the Ribble Valley. The s tate-of -the-art


GPS speed camera detec­ tors warn drivers of approaching speed cam­ eras, mobile police laser traps and accident blackspots, with warnings from 2,000 to 200m. prior to a camera’s location. The device is easily
