e) a route be created from a point on Public Footpath No. 12, Twiston, Ribble Valley Borough, to the east of the Parish boundary, (GR. 8101 4369), in a general north-westerly direction for a distance of approximately 167 metres to a point on Public Footpath No. 17, Downham, Ribble Valley Borough, (GR. 8085 4375),


as shown on the Order Plan.


A copy of the Order, as confirmed, and plan, have been deposited at the offices of the Ribble Valley Borough Council, Council Offices, Church Walk, Clitheroe, and at my offices, where they may be inspected, tree of charge, during office hours. Copies of the Order and plan may be purchased from my offices.


This creation of the route described at e) above comes into force on the 13th September 2005, and the extinguishment of the routes described at a), b), c) and d) above will be when the created route is certified as fit for use, but if a person aggrieved by the Order wants to question its validity, or that of any provision contained in it, on the ground that it is not within the powers of the Highways Act 1980, as amended, or on the ground that a requirement of the Act, as amended, or of any regulation made under the Act has not been complied with in relation to the order, he or she may, under Paragraph 2 of Schedule 2 to the Act as applied by Paragraph 5 of Schedule 6 to the Act, within six weeks from the 1st September, 2005, make an application to the High Court.
