Inclusive Learning Officers Up to £14,084 pro rata Temporary until 30 June 2004 Term time only - various hours Joining a successful and committed team, you will support students on one-to-one or a small group basis on a range of programmes, in different'curriculum areas, under the direction of the tutor.


A good standard of education, good interpersonal skills and the ability to work well within a team are all essential. Ideally, you will possess, or be willing to work towards, a recognised Basic Skills or special needs qualification and have experience of working in further education.


Flexibility in this post is essential to fit in with the needs of the students.

You will be responsible for collating information about learning support and maintaining records of students and staff. You will be PC literate with experience of using microsoft office. Training on the use of MIDAS programme will be provided.


You will be expected to work on your own initiative and contribute as a team member with occasional cover for Inclusive Learning Officers as and when required.


. Flexibility within the Learning Support team is essential to fit in with the needs of the students.


Schools Liaison Officer & Enrichment Co-ordinator Up to £18,043


You will work as part of a team responsible for providing information and advice on College courses to young people in the local area liaising directly with schools. The successful candidate will be expected to work on a one-to-one basis with individuals and small groups and deliver presentations to large


■ groups as and when required. In addition you will be responsible for co-ordinating the enrichment programme for full-time students. The post will involve some evening work for which time off in lieu will be given. You will require the use of a vehicle for which a mileage allowance is paid.

Based in a highly motivated and effective team where customer satisfaction is paramount, you will contribute to resources and the service provided to students.


You will be educated to Level 4 or equivalent with relevant library/LRC experience within an educational environment


Learning Resources Assistants Up to £12,980 1 full time post 37 hours 1 part time post 22 hours


You will assist in the day-to-day running of the LRC including dealing with student enquiries and handling books and other resources. With a good standard of education, experience of library/LRC work would be an advantage.
