(Chatburn Station Bridge, Chatburn, Ribble Valley Borough) (Weight Restriction) Order 2000


N O T IC E IS H E R E B Y G IV E N that on the 11th April, 2000, Lan cash ire County Council made the above Traffic Regulation Order under Sec t ions 1 to 4 and 124 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1904 a s amended, the effect of which is to prohibit any motor vehicle or trailer, the maximum gross vehicle weight of which e xceeds 7.5 tonnes, from proceeding along the length of Crow Tre e s Brow carried by Chatburn Station Bridge at Chatburn.


Any person wishing to question the validity of the Order may within 6 weeks of the date of making apply to the High Court for that purpose.


Note for information - Fire engines and any bus with a maximum gross vehicle weight not exceeding 17 tonnes shall be exempt from the weight restriction provided that a valid certificate issu ed by the County Council is c learly displayed in the vehicle when it is required to cro s s the bridge.


T h is Order will come into force on the 17th April, 2000.
