ly gets his first film. As well made as The Tigger Movie is, it really would be better suit­ ed as a straight-to-video film, that families can settle down and dip into together. That said, it does offer many joy­ ous moments, with happy musical numbers and anima­ tion which is consistently charming. In the great Dis­ ney tradition, there's a whole­ some moral at the centre of this handsomely illustrated tale: that families come in all shapes and sizes. Rating ★
