The post offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a process leading to the development of a high quality Youth Credits model to be known locally as XTEND.


YOUTH CREDIT DEVELOPMENT OFFICER (EMPLOYERS)


The main purpose of this position is to develop and deliver methods of enhancing Youth Credits awareness and perception amongst Training Providers and Employers.


The post holder will also be responsible for developing and managing a small number of projects linked ro Credits development.


Experience within the field of training or project management is a pre-requisite together with proven ability in dealing with customers and/or other external agencies. Previous experience of budget control would be a distinct advantage.


You must be able to demonstrate a high level of communication skills and the personal initiative, drive and determination expected m a business environment focused on clear objectives and working to strict deadlines.
