her beautician, who knew of Sharon’s wish to try out a little personal train­ ing — that led Lynette on the road to fitness and she’s never looked back since. She started off doing two hour- long Step aerobic sessions a week and is now calling Sharon out up to six times a week to fit m a combina­


tion of Step, low impact, toning exer­ cises and aerobics in the swimming pool. “ It fits in for both of us really. Since it started my life has changed


totally,” said Lynette. “ It’s really happening now. I ’m getting compli­ ments left, right and centre." Sharon was keen to branch out into


personal training after attending one of many fitness teachcr/training courses all over the country, and believes her first “customer” is a glowing example of the benefits of having a personal trainer. “She’s great,” said Sharon. “At


first I was worried that I might have to struggle to get her to workout regularly but there’s never been any­ thing like that. She’s really keen and always works hard. We get on really well together.” Sharon lias arranged workout spe­


cifically to help Lynette “trim up” in all the places she wanted to — her waist, inner thighs and arms — and over the three months they have been working out together has noticed Lynette begin to take on a new, firmer shape and glow with health. And an added benefit for Lynette is


that she’s already lost 71b. without even going on a diet. “ It’s changed my shape and changed my life and given me more confidence,” said a radiant Lynette.
