Chatburn weight restriction idea is halted 9
OBJECTORS to a proposed weight restriction order for Worston Road, Chatbum, have won their fight, for the time being at least.

It was no surprise then that the youngsters captured the attention and it didn’t really matter whether they marched in step or not, or swayed one way when it should have been the other.
