HAYFIELD LAUNCHES BESPOKE COLLECTION OF ECO-EFFICIENT HOMES AT HALLOW

56

Award-winning housebuilder Hayfield has launched a luxury collection of eco-efficient new homes in the beautiful Worcestershire village of Hallow.

Hayfield Grove will feature 55 zero carbon ready houses and bungalows built to EPC-A standards and set to offer a greener way of living to dicerning customers.

Currently just 2% of the UK’s new homes are built to EPC-A standards. All of the homes at Hayfield Grove will have solar PV panels, air source heat pumps, energy-efficient underfloor heating, EV charging points, 100% renewable energy, and fibre optic broadband. Homes at the £20m development will also benefit from sound-reducing studies and the smartest electric vehicle fast-charging points, helping residents to benefit from reduced energy bills and enjoy a more sustainable lifestyle.

Shelley West, Regional Sales Director for Hayfield, said: “There has already been a high level of interest for our premium eco-efficient new homes at Hayfield Grove, where our zero-carbon ready specification and EPC-A energy rating really sets this apart as an exemplary scheme.”

Hayfield Grove includes the creation of 2.5-acres of outstanding new Public Open Space, adjoining an extensive landscaped area and fully equipped playground created as part of Hayfield Meadow, the developer’s original scheme in Hallow that was completed in 2019.

Shelley added: “Hayfield Meadow proved hugely successful for us, and we are thrilled to be able bring even more of our thoughtfully designed homes to the area.”

Hallow’s convenient location is ideal for commuting and shopping and falls within catchment of outstanding Ofsted rated senior school The Chantry School.

The first release of properties at Hayfield Grove, adjacent to Greenhill Lane, are being marketed from an off-plan sales lounge at Connells Estate Agents in Foregate Street, central Worcester.
