Since opening his first jewellers in Court Street, Stourbridge, with the help of The Prince’s Trust in 1992, Kevin Bassam’s family-run business has gone from strength to strength. With the demand for his wide selection of new and vintage jewellery eventually exceeding the capacities of one branch, Kevin went on to open two further shops; Kidderminster in 2000 and Bromsgrove in 2010.
A major factor in the success of K Bassam Jewellery Services is Kevin’s extensive knowledge of the industry, which comes as a result of his 30-plus years of immersion in the craft. His passion for creating bespoke one-off pieces using a host of precious metals and gemstones is also a significant draw for enthusiasts. Following a consultation, the in-store designers work with clients to design and craft bespoke items, resulting in the perfect piece of jewellery that the lucky recipient will cherish for years to come.

Some of the jewellery repair services that are offered include ring resizing, stone setting, rhodium plating (white gold) and cleaning and polishing. Each of the jewellers have their own specialist skills, so even watch and clock repairs can be carried out onsite.
Another specialist service that K Bassam offers is Valuation for Insurance and Probate. All items are individually valued and a certificate is issued for authenticity.
