the second floor of Design Centre East dedicated to pinpointing exactly what you need. Make an appointment to unlock access to thousands of products from the world’s leading brands, from fabrics and wallcoverings to furniture, lighting, carpets, tiles, trimmings, accessories, kitchens and bathrooms, as well as bespoke pieces. Talk to
someone who knows the showrooms inside out, smoothing the way to a quicker, more streamlined experience and helping you discover products and ideas you may never have considered before. Help is on hand to navigate the showrooms and
achieve the look you want without the stress, and in a fraction of the time it would take to do it yourself. Whatever your style or space, great customer service and a willingness to go the extra mile are universal. Receive recommendations based on your specific needs, preferences and budget, and, once you have made your choices, you’ll have the added peace of mind that our sourcing team can collate your selection, place orders and even arrange shipping.
Smaller consultations are complimentary, while for
larger projects, the price of a consultation is redeemable against your list of purchases. The service has no minimum spend. In addition, Source at Personal Shopping is also the
place to find the finest names in china and glass, essential for putting the final finishing touch to a room scheme.
SAMPLE RETURN SERVICE
If you are a design professional with a growing pile of unwanted returnable samples, the Design Centre can
return them to the showrooms – saving time, and helping to reduce waste. Simply drop them off at the Concierge Desk and they will be returned to the showrooms
