The gastronomic spread by chef Arun Sundararaj, director of culinary operations, and his team, included lobster thermidor, caviar, truffle and cheese carts, array of grills and roasts, pattar ka gosht, salad and mushroom theatre, an innovative dessert bar, to name a few.
