The advantage for LIGNA visitors: years of expertise in close co-operation. This, in turn, forms the ideal basis for intensive technical discussions about increased precision, increased productivity and increased efficiency. HOMAG has a pioneering new concept and celebrates 10 years of the panel dividing saw SAWTEQ S-320 flexTec. With the new SAWTEQ S-200 flexTec,
HOMAG opens up new panel cutting possibilities. It’s the first entry-level robot saw model to make hi-tech automation accessible for medium-sized companies. The concept combines manual flexibility with robot-assisted efficiency. The SAWTEQ S-300 series combines performance with significant energy savings. The optimised chip guide and intelligent process control measurably reduce energy requirements, while toleranceCheck maximises material utilisation. The STORETEQ P-310 establishes new standards for space-saving automation in the area of storage technology. HALL 14, STAND G60
HUNTSMAN
Huntsman, a leading producer of polyurethane-based resins for the composite wood products industry, will unveil two new bio-based products at LIGNA 2025 in May. Developed to reduce the carbon footprint of composite wood products MDI-based resins by up to 30%, the new binders incorporate up to 25% bio-based content, without compromising quality or performance that can be achieved in resulting panels.
I-BOND PB BIO 1025 resin and I-BOND OSB BIO 1025 resin have been developed
for use in the manufacture of oriented strand board (OSB) and particleboard (PB) offering bio-based content solutions to support the industry’s sustainability ambitions.
Closely aligned with market and
customer requirements, the new products form part of a wider range of non- added formaldehyde fast-curing I-BOND resins that Huntsman offers to enable the production of high quality, durable composite wood products. For more information visit Huntsman at LIGNA 2025. HALL 26, STAND B61
