from receiving raw materials to production of resin and wood-based panels. CHIMAR invites all parties to its LIGNA 2025 stand to explore opportunities for co-operation regarding: high quality and performance resins that offer cost savings via higher productivity, lower resin loading and lower melamine percentage, while satisfying the most stringent requirements.
CHIMAR HELLAS CHIMAR HELLAS SA combines R&D and proprietary chemical technologies with engineering expertise, offering customised, value adding services to the resin and wood-based panel industries all over the world since 1977. CHIMAR approaches every project holistically. From urgent troubleshooting requests to long-term R&D, all issues can be tackled by optimising all processes,
Emphasis is also given to lower carbon footprint solutions through substitution of petrochemicals. Technical/engineering services for resin plants are also offered. Highlights of CHIMAR’s technology portfolio include formaldehyde-based resins; bio-based no-added-formaldehyde (NAF) binders; lignin resins; pMDI catalysts for PB, OSB & MDF; and fire retardants.

Deurotech Group is a partnership of experts
in the wood-based panel and paper industry, offering co-ordinated process technology in surface converting as well as a wide range of environmental technologies from a single source. Vits Technology and IFA Technology offer
turnkey solutions in surface converting: impregnation and coating lines, as well as systems for resin production and preparation.
Environmental Technology and Oschatz Power build systems for exhaust air purification, water purification and waste water treatment, waste disposal with recycling, biomass and residues incineration, as well as energy generation and recovery. As a provider of turnkey solutions, the Group says it avoids unnecessary technological interfaces and complicated project management for its customers. “Clear responsibilities ensure safer process technologies and synergies between companies result in more efficient and economical production processes,” it says. Deurotech Group and its members
Vits Technology, IFA Technology, Wessel- Umwelttechnik, Eisenmann Environmental Technology and Oschatz Power look forward to welcoming visitors on its corporate LIGNA stand.
Eisenmann Environmental Technology delivers industrial turnkey plants for environmental technologies from a single source: thermal exhaust air purification, chemical physical waste water treatment and thermal waste disposal with material recycling and energy recovery. For more than 50 years, Eisenmann
says it has been a partner to industry when it comes to the development and construction of energy-efficient and resource-saving plants – with more than 2,850 plants installed worldwide. Eisenmann Environmental Technology says it develops plants with high
operational safety and reliability, which is very important in the wood-based panels and chemical industry. Special products are Wastewater
Treatment and Water Recycling Plants up to Zero Liquid Discharge systems, advanced oxidation process (FENTOX) for treating complex waste water compositions, Regenerative Oxidizer with the patented rotating distributor for waste gases, rotary kiln for the treatment of solid waste and sludges with flue gas cleaning and energy recovery. It is a member of the Deurotech Group.

At this year’s LIGNA, Dieffenbacher will be
presenting solutions for five of the industry’s toughest challenges: raw material supply, shortage of skilled workers, cost pressures, energy supply and environmental impact. “Over the past two years since LIGNA 2023, we’ve listened intently to what our partners are saying about their challenges in this era of economic and political turbulence and disruption,” said Stefan Zipf, head of the Wood Business Unit at Dieffenbacher. “At LIGNA 2025, we’ll present our solutions –both brand new and tried-and- tested, as well as those that have undergone significant further development – to meet these challenges,” he added. Examples include Dieffenbacher’s pioneering Fiber2Fiber technology for recycling MDF, HDF, THDF and wood fibre insulation boards, including post-consumer material; the AI-based digital platform EVORIS, which includes the company’s new online carbon footprint calculation and reporting; and Dieffenbacher Energy’s bubbling fluidised-bed firing systems for generating energy from low-cost and sustainable refuse-derived fuels (RDF).
