ARGOS SOLUTIONS Your quality, our focus! Argos Solutions will demonstrate the benefits of automated grading systems at LIGNA 2025 Visit Argos Solutions at LIGNA 2025 in Hannover to discover how automated grading and repair systems are transforming the panel industry.

ANTHON

Anthon is currently supplying finishing line equipment behind the new MDF production line at Australian Panels, a company owned by Borg Manufacturing in Mount Gambier, SA, Australia.

The line has special features such as a device to keep the material moving, a station to separate the material into different grades, a station to test the surface quality, and a device to separate board sizes. The sanding and cutting line has a special saw configuration that allows it to work at its highest capacity while wasting as little material as possible. For cutting along the board length, the line will have an Anthon PVL through- feed saw with two hoggers and two saw aggregates, while for cross-cutting, the line will have an Anthon LNC book saw executed as double aggregate containing one main saw aggregate, one hogger aggregate and one scoring saw aggregate. The rip and cross-cut saws allow full utilisation of line sanding capacity. HALL 15, STAND G79
