BAUMA 2022 Ӏ SHOW GUIDE UPDATE

j VEROPE

FS.901/5 Zug, Switzerland- headquartered wire rope manufacturer Verope will present its full portfolio. Its products are suitable

for a wide range of industries including construction, offshore, mining and ports.

VITA INDUSTRIAL FS.901/2 USA-based Vita Inclinata Technologies, the maker of load stabilisation technology devices that utilise a system of powerful air thrusters and sensors to automatically stabilise loads, will bring demos and company experts to Bauma. Vita says its flagship

product, the Vita Load Navigator, is increasingly being adopted by crane companies to eliminate the use of taglines and make lifting operations more efficient, precise, and much safer. Vita Industrial’s system uses an aviation sensor suited to sense position and motion and auto-matically stabilises loads, ensuring high-precision lifts in even the most challenging and windy environments. The Navigator captures over 1,000 data points per second and feeds the motion control engine to dynamically adjust to load sizes, crane movement, and environmental condi-tions. Four independent electric thrusters pulse vectored air to reorient the load either autonomously, or by a user via the single-hand control pendant. See this month’s below the hook and future of remote controls features for more information. Throughout the tradeshow, the company will be holding

live demonstrations of the Vita Load Navigator, matched head-to-head against taglines, showing how load stabilization can increase efficiency, precision, and therefore, profitability for crane owners. “Vita Industrial is proud to be a part of the Bauma international tradeshow for the first time,” said Caleb Carr, chairman and CEO of Vita Inclinata. “Crane companies around the world are learning how load stabilisation can drastically improve their crane operations. The Navigator can expand wind envelope charts, speed up con-struction schedules, and improve jobsite safety. We can’t wait to show off the technology live in Munich.”

WOLFFKRAN FS.902/7 Baar, Switzerland-based Wolffkran is presenting a new concept: the Wolff FX 21 Clear crane family. It will be joined by the Wolff 8076 Compact, Wolffkran's first trolley jib crane in the 800 mt, and the Wolff High-Speed- Positioning-System (HiSPS) which is designed to eliminate load sway. Wolffkran says it is the first manufacturer in the industry to develop and launch such an assistance system, significantly increasing safety and work efficiency on construction sites. Other Bauma premieres are the latest Wolff 235 B luffing jib crane and two new Wolff tower sections: the 6-metre TV 60 and the reinforced 1.5-metre TV 15.

VOLVO PENTA A4.526 While its purpose-built electric driveline will take centre stage, engine manufacturer Volvo Penta will use its presence at Bauma to focus on the role of its market-leading diesel engines in the construction and mining industries, as well as the company’s transformation into new sustainable technologies.

WILBERT TOWER CRANES FS.905/2 Tower crane manufacture Wilbert will present its trolley and luffing jib tower crane offerings as part of the Zoomlion stand.

Also highlighted is a patent- pending technology that will be demonstrated live. Last but not least, a proven member of the Wolff family is not to be missed: the Wolff 7534 Clear.

be on-hand to explain the reasons behind the company’s increasing popularity overseas. It claims its products now reach 191 countries and regions. It’s also the perfect

opportunity to make enquiries about its record-breaking machines, including the ten-axle chassis XCA2600, designed for the latest mega onshore wind projects, which is now in production. The XCA2600 has completed the first test to lift a 173-tonne weight, ahead of being delivered to a wind farm in China next month. XCMG will also present a line-up of zero emissions equipment which will include a new electric all terrains.

ZOOMLION HEAVY INDUSTRY SCIENCE & TECHNOLOGY FS.905/2 Chinese manufacturer Zoomlion will bring 54 products across seven equipment categories to Bauma to demonstrate what it calls the “great achievements of international integrated development and overseas localised manufacturing”. Also on the Zoomlion stand will be Zoomlion owned tower crane manufacturer Wilbert Tower Cranes, alongside Italian concrete specialist CIFA and pre-mixed construction materials M-tec.
