demand for low-carbon solutions, this new range of lift trucks is part of the Konecranes commitment to electrify its entire lift truck fleet by the end of 2026. Optimised weight distribution helps
ensure smooth, reliable operation and easy manoeuvrability, even in demanding industrial environments. The motors are powerful enough to lift fast and accelerate quickly, even when fully loaded on a slope. The truck is equipped with plenty of safety features, including a battery management system (BMS) that monitors battery condition, a thermal management system (TMS) that controls the battery and always keeps it at the right temperature, and a protective frame around the battery to prevent physical damage in the event of a collision. Sensors throughout the machine provide information for faster analysis and safer functioning. The new 18-25t E-VER is designed to
bring low energy consumption and zero tailpipe emissions to heavy-duty industrial applications. Like the E-ACE, it uses a Li-Ion battery pack that can be fast charged in under an hour or slow charged when not in use.
With a focus on sustainability, the battery pack is manufactured using clean
energy. And when it can no longer hold enough charge to run the motors, it can be removed and repurposed as a back-up power supply, or an energy reservoir at charging stations.
2. SENNEBOGEN – booth 2D820 SENNEBOGEN is a family-owned company from Straubing, Germany, and a global market leader in several sectors of cranes and material handling equipment. Thanks to its modular machine concept, SENNEBOGEN can offer a wide selection of handlers and port cranes, with the capability to individually configure them for specific requirements.
The company’s equipment is designed
to handle general cargo including big bags, timber, coils, semi-finished products, palletised goods and empty containers, with a range of loading hooks and special attachments available. Its balancers are perfect for port
use, offering a wide working envelope, replacing multiple mobile machines. This helps to improve safety and reduced operating costs. The counterweight is connected directly
to the equipment, meaning that the balancer needs far less energy to power its functions. In some cases, it can operate using half the installed hydraulic and motor
Attachments for E-Cranes solutions include clamshell grabs, orange peel grabs, hooks, spreaders and magnets. The company has a distributor network, supported by certified service engineers.
