Could It Be You Next Year?
This year’s Customer Award helped shine a light on how highly patients value community pharmacy. Despite all the challenges the sector faces, the comments received showed that time and time again, pharmacies across the country continue to show up and do all they can to put patients first and provide the highest levels of care to the communities they serve. The judges received almost 850 votes from patients which, given this award is in its infancy, is incredible. We wanted to end this issue by sharing some of the amazing comments we had received from all nominees and to tell you how you could put yourself in the running for the Customer Award next year.

They know without asking when I am having a difficult day and guide me through finding what I need. They also collect my prescriptions from the health centre which is a valuable service as I can no longer drive. They always have time to discuss the best products for ailments that the doctor no longer has time to deal with.
