M&M Acquires LMI Capital Marcus & Millichap (M&M) has acquired LMI Capital, a Houston-based firm that ar- ranges debt and equity capital for hospitality, industrial, mixed-use, multi-family, office, retail, and self-storage properties. A 10-person team, including LMI Capital Principals Brandon Brown and Jamie Mullin, will join the Marcus & Millichap Capital Corp. division. Janus Introduces Line Of Asta Doors Janus International has introduced a full line of Asta America rolling, steel doors for commercial and industrial applications. The line comprises a variety of mod- els, sizes, and options, including slat doors, fire-rated doors and shutters, counter shutters, rolling grilles, and heavy-duty and insulated service doors. Janus has also expanded its manufacturing capabilities to include powder coating and polyurethane insulation. Powder coating will allow the company to create Asta doors in virtually any color, while insulation offers thermal efficiency.
New Facility Opens In Alberta Bow City Storage has opened a new, state-of-the-art, six-story facility in Calgary, Alta. The property features four indoor, heated, drive-in loading bays; offers smart- phone access; and is fully climate controlled.
