NexPoint acquired four small bay properties in Central Florida that total 419,946 square feet of warehousing and industrial space. The properties were indirectly acquired by NexPoint Small Bay I DST, a Delaware statutory trust. The properties include Presi- dents Plaza, a two-building, multi-tenant complex in Tampa; Brandywine Business Center, a two-building, multi-tenant complex in Tampa; Corporex Plaza, a three-building, multi- tenant complex in Tampa; and Orlando International Business Center, a six-building, multi-tenant complex in Orlando.
Moove In Self Storage has acquired Cloverleaf
Self Storage, which
owned properties in Jonestown and Fredericksburg, Pa. The three facilities, now known as Moove In – Jonestown,
consist of 11 drive-up storage buildings and have a combined total of 447 units and 72,600 square feet of space. Moove In Self Storage also announced the acquisition of Storage Sense in Harrisburg, Pa.
CBRE’s Self Storage Advisory Group has brokered the $43.6 million sale of a three-property portfolio within metro Atlanta’s Gwinnett County. Located in Lawrenceville and Lilburn, Ga., the
three properties total 242,500 square feet and 1,912 units. CBRE represented the seller, Gwinnett Self Storage, in the transac- tion. Wentworth Property Co. acquired the portfolio.
Franklin Street arranged the sale of Hattiesburg Climate Controlled Storage, a 404-unit, 50,225-rentable- square-foot facility in Hattiesburg, Miss. Anderson Construction purchased the facility from Highline Storage
Partners for an undisclosed price. Frank DeSalvo and David Perlleshi of Franklin Street’s National Self-Storage Team repre- sented both parties in the transaction.
Prestige Storage, in partnership with Peaceable Street Capi- tal, has acquired a 12-property portfolio in Western Michigan. The facilities, encompassing 490,302 square feet and 2,956 units, were sold by Spring Lake Storage LLC.

facility in Auburn, N.Y. Luke Dawley, Nathan Coe, Brett R. Hatcher, and Gabriel Coe, invest-
ment specialists in the firm’s Columbus office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a limited liability company. They also secured and represented the buyer, a limited liability company.
Bill Bellomy, Michael Johnson, Logan Foster, and Hugh Horne of Versal represented the seller, Steelcreek Baytown Storage, LLC & Steelcreek Galveston Storage, LLC, in the sale of the
two-property Watson & Taylor portfolio in Galveston and Baytown, Texas. The facilities have a combined total of 790 units and 104,830 net rentable square feet. The Versal team also procured the buyer, Andover Properties (dba Storage King USA).
The Hatcher Coe Group of Marcus & Millichap announced the sale of Carlisle Self Storage, a 45,560-net-rentable-square-foot facility in Carlisle, Pa. The property features 354 units and 62 parking spaces.
