plenty of self-storage as two self- storage companies have partnered with two Major League Baseball teams: Storage Post Self Storage with the New York Yankees and StorageVault Canada Inc. with the Toronto Blue Jays. Storage Post, which operates 30
self-storage facilities in the New York metro area, including five properties in the Bronx, home to the Yankees, will be featured through- out Yankee Stadium on concourse TVs, LED animation in the Great Hall, and placement on outfield terrace deck LED signage. Ramser Secures Industrial Tenants In April, Ramser Development Company secured two new industrial tenants at RV Storage Depot, a 55-acre RV and boat storage facility in Altamonte Springs, Fla., formerly known as Adult Toy Storage. An undisclosed Fortune 500 company now occupies a recently upgraded 3.75-acre portion of the prop- erty—the equivalent of 310 parking spaces. In addition, Jingoli Power has secured a 19-acre segment of the site. Lease terms for these tenants were not disclosed. The facility is managed by RVSD Management, an affiliate of Ramser Development Company.
