PARTNERSHIP:HOW QUICK MORTGAGES SUPPORTED POLICE OFFICERS AND

A YEAR OF

STAFF ACROSS THE UK IN 2025 BY HENRY WRIGHT, QUICK MORTGAGES

henry@quickmortgages.com Henry Wright

2025 has been one of the busiest and most rewarding years yet for Quick Mortgages, marked by deeper partnerships with both the National Police Federation and local federations across the UK. As the official mortgage partner for MyPFEW, we feel genuinely privileged to support police officers and staff with free, specialist mortgage advice—something we know can make a real difference during key moments in their lives and careers. This year has been defined by stronger relationships, more face-to-face engagement, and a growing commitment to the wellbeing of the policing community.

A National Presence With Local Impact

One of our core focuses in 2025 has been increasing our presence on the ground. While our partnership with MyPFEW and the National Police Federation gives us the platform to reach officers and staff across the country, it is often the local relationships that create the biggest impact. To support this, we delivered a series of mortgage roadshows at stations throughout the year. These roadshows are intentionally informal and non-committal. Officers and staff are able to stop by between shifts, during breaks, or simply as they walk past—asking whatever questions they may have, without pressure or appointment requirements. Topics ranged from first- time buying and remortgaging to specialist

lending, pay structures, retirement planning, and help for those with complex credit histories. The feedback from forces has been overwhelmingly positive, with many telling us that the ease and flexibility of the sessions made them feel far more confident about their options.

Supporting National Events and Celebrating Excellence One of the highlights of our year was sponsoring the Detective Awards at the National Police Federation Conference. To stand alongside the Federation in recognising the exceptional achievements of detectives across the UK was a genuine honour. These are individuals whose dedication often goes unseen, and being

able to help shine a light on their work felt both important and rewarding. Having the opportunity to present the awards to the winners was a proud moment for our team. The ceremony showcased not only the outstanding investigative work happening across the country, but also the compassion, resilience, and professionalism that define modern policing. It reminded us why supporting this community is at the heart of what we do, and why our partnership with MyPFEW continues to be so meaningful.

Alongside the Detective Awards, we also sponsored Fed Connect earlier in the year and have continued to support all detective-related events throughout
