In a time where police work is under intense scrutiny, the support and advocacy provided by Federation representatives like Karen are more important than ever. Karen also a member of the Northumbria Police Boxing team (NPBT) where she fought twice, representing Northumbria Police and won both, even getting bout of the night for the second fight.
