The Federation seeks to build public confidence in the police service and collaboration within the Federation and with other partners in the policing world is essential to achieving these goals. Workplace representatives are the


backbone of the Federation, providing direct guidance, advice, and support to members. They act as the principal point of contact with PFEW, leading the branch in communicating directly with members and representing their interests at the local level. Their responsibilities include:
