Mohammed Saleem joins Nova as the Employment Status Compliance Lead, bringing extensive exper- ience from his time within the Civil Service. There, he served as a Compliance Caseworker Team Leader, where he conducted face-to-face checks, investigated VAT returns, and analysed financial records to ensure proper VAT reporting. He also led a contact centre team for four years, where he reviewed processes and recommended improvements to enhance customer experience. Mohammed’s deep expertise in compli- ance and his focus on continuous improvement make him a strong addition to Nova.
Kevin Thomas, a key leader at Nova and the CSO of Indigo Group, brings hands-on experience in the private hire industry, having held a senior leadership role with one of the UK’s largest operators. Kevin’s deep industry knowledge comes from being directly involved in the day-to-day operations of a private hire operator, making him a valuable asset with first hand experience in the sector’s complexities.
