Patrick Nolan has been a leading advo- cate in taxi law for a number of years and a recent case in which his firm was involved might highlight better his advocacy skills. It concerns a Shrop- shire driver convicted of GBH but who man- aged to keep his PH driver licence. Mr Cunningham, a licensed private hire driver in Shropshire, was convicted on 13th December 2012 when he pleaded guilty at Shrewsbury Crown Court to a single count of GBH. Mr Cunning- ham head butted a man
