Tyre Boss impresses with terrific tyre turnaround
WHEN it comes to customer service, solid tyre specialist Tyre Boss know well that it takes the best to impress and keep the orders rolling in.
So, when Tim Fox, area sales manager for LDH Plant, placed an enquiry with them via social media for a set of solid tyres on new wheels, they managed to trump his expectations with the speed of response and ultimately the service provided by the company.
The order was placed on behalf of existing customer, Ringwood & Fordingbridge Skip Hire, who required an additional wheeled loader to handle co-mingled waste in their yard in Hampshire. With an ever-present risk of punctures and tyre damage, a mandatory specification requirement was a set of solid tyres to minimise downtime.
“This was the first time we have dealt with Tyre Boss and from the initial enquiry through to completion of the order the level of service was exceptional,” said Tim.
“Wayne is exceptionally helpful and knowledgeable and was able to recommend the TY Cushion 20" D pattern tyres. He also supplied a complete set of wheels which meant a very rapid switchover at our depot. The tyres have proved to be ideal for the Case 321F loader in the waste application and are performing very well so far.”
The solid tyres supplied will not only prevent punctures, but are highly durable
and will last in the arduous environment of waste and recycling for many hours of operation.
LDH PLANT is an authorised dealer for case equipment and also represents a range of other attachment, trailer and equipment manufacturers. With two full-service depots in Newport and Middlesbrough, the company has customers throughout the UK working in a wide range of industries.
