` Licenses are available on the City’s website at www.AvondaleAZ.gov/ShortTermRentals.


` The Avondale Code Compliance Division will address property owners currently not in compliance with the Short-Term Rental License requirement.

REQUIREMENTS: ` Follow all local laws and regulations. ` Provide emergency contact information.


` Maintain $500,000 liability insurance (often provided by online marketplace).


` Perform guest background checks (often provided by online marketplace).


` Provide neighbor notifications. ` Pay $250 annual fee.


Operating a short-term rental without a license may result in a fine of up to $1,000/month.
