When it comes to development, I am pleased to report that our city is experiencing phenomenal growth. In the past few months, the Avondale City Council and I have been to more groundbreakings and ribbon cuttings than we can count. From hotels and high schools to medical offices and new restaurants, new developments are cropping up all around us.
In Avondale, we are focused on growth and development that will attract quality jobs and housing for our residents. From healthcare and finance to insurance and industrial sectors, we have a strong and talented workforce right here in our city, and we want to bring the jobs home to Avondale. We’re focused on the next “hot spot” – the Avondale City Center, which has been rebranded as The BLVD, an exciting future destination with six trendy district concepts for shopping, dining, entertainment and living, with pedestrian friendly streets and outdoor activities. Stay tuned to more activity and development on The BLVD, and beyond!
