He may be thousands of miles from home, but Avondale Police Officer Chris Beckett has a piece of Avondale with him during his deployment at Al Udeid Air Base in Qatar.


Officer Beckett, a 12-year veteran with the Avondale Police Department, is currently one of three Avondale employees deployed overseas in service of our country.
