cLeod Sofftware has built a lot of Digital Freight Matching (DFM) capabilities into
PowerBroker® in recent years, and we continue to expand those core capabilities by integrating new DFM platforms and services that emerge. We have accomplished the latter with the McLeod DFM API, which we introduced in Version 20.1 of PowerBroker. This API allows DFM solution providers to build their own integration with PowerBroker and work with McLeod to test it and bring that integration to market.

Through McLeod’s DFM web service, PowerBroker provides a broad data interchange structure to our customers’ selected DFM partners, including receiving newly added or updated available loads, validating and qualifying the status of a carrier, submitting available equipment, automating covering or booking loads with qualified carriers, and automatically sending rate confirmations to carriers.
Working with companies like FreightFriend, newtrul, and Parade offers McLeod customers access to untapped capacity and greater speed when it comes to finding and booking the best available truck.
