Atlanta-based Guardian Pharmacy Services has acquired Mullaney’s, a leading indepen- dent pharmacy based in Cincinnati, Ohio. This partnership continues to grow Guard- ian’s Midwest footprint and marks its first venture into Ohio.


Integral Senior Living, based in Carlsbad, Calif., will provide management services for The Capstone at Centerra, in Loveland, Colo. The 4.7-acre, two-story, 78,000-square-foot assisted living and memory care community will offer 56 assisted living apartment homes and 32 memory care suites, with accommo- dations for as many as 114 residents. Con- struction is slated to begin in early 2021 with a grand opening planned for spring 2022. In addition, Integral will manage a new assist- ed living and memory care community under construction in Sparks, Nev., which is set to open in early 2022 within the Kiley Ranch Master Planned Community. It will offer 90 residences, with 66 one- and two-bedroom assisted living and 24 memory care.


Roswell, Ga.-based Phoenix Senior Living and KIRCO have completed The Bluffs at Greystone, an independent and assisted liv- ing community in Birmingham, Ala. The 137-unit senior living community, operated by Phoenix Senior Living, provides 63 inde- pendent living units, 50 assisted living units, and 24 memory care units. Amenities include an indoor pool, a wellness center, yoga stu- dio, full-service salon and spa, and an out- door pickle ball and bocce ball courts.


Mississauga, Ontario-based PointClickCare in partnership with ASCP, a membership association that represents pharmacists, health care professionals, and students serv- ing the unique medication needs of older adults, have created a new tool to help screen patients who may be experiencing Parkinson’s disease psychosis. Resulting data collected in the screener will be leveraged as part of PointClickCare’s Lighthouse ini- tiative for Parkinson’s psychosis treatment research.


OnShift, based in Cleveland, Ohio, has add- ed OnShift Time, a next-generation time and attendance software, to its human cap- ital management platform. OnShift Time


allows communities to eliminate time clocks while improving the safety of their commu- nities with a contactless solution designed to protect against COVID-19, using facial rec- ognition biometric technology.

Arrow Senior Living, based in St. Charles, Mo., has named Katie Burrage executive di- rector at The Parkway Senior Living, a con- tinuing care retirement community in Blue Springs, Mo. Under her leadership, Parkway has implemented the use of mask-detecting technology and thermographic cameras to protect against COVID-19. A graduate of Lindenwood University, Burrage earned a double master’s degree in gerontology and health care management. She is also licensed to administer medication as a certified nurs- ing assistant.
