Benchmark, based in Waltham, Mass., will expand its New Pond Village continuing care retirement community in Walpole, Mass., to add 19 assisted living apartments, offering a total of 36. The new units will be located on the third floor overlooking the 19.4-acre campus. Benchmark has also acquired the real estate and operations of Evolve at Rye, in New Hampshire. The 40-apartment com- munity, capable of serving up to 64 residents, is the first and only dedicated memory care community in the Seacoast area.


Charter Senior Living, based in Naperville, Ill., has partnered with DMK Development Group to develop a five-acre senior living community in Hopkinsville, Ky. The com- munity is slated to include 51 independent living, 44 assisted living, and 20 memory care apartments in a mixture of studio, one- and two-bedroom suites. Amenities include multiple dining options, courtyards, and a putting green.


Fanwood, N.J.-based Chelsea Senior Living has completed its new luxury senior living residence, Chelsea at Greenburgh, in New York’s Westchester County. The three-sto- ry community will offer assisted living and memory care as well as specialized services for residents with enhanced care needs, such as assistance with injectable medications, complex diabetes management, and assis- tance with walking and stairs.


GlynnDevins, a data, analytics, and market- ing technology firm based in Kansas City, Mo., has acquired Linkmedia 360, a da- ta-driven, digital marketing company based in the Cleveland, Ohio area. The move im- proves GlynnDevins’ portfolio of products and services that effectively support sales and lead generation for its clients. Linkmedia 360, founded in 2004, is led by managing partners David Wolf and Chad Luckie, both of whom will serve roles on GlynnDevins leadership team. Linkmedia 360 will maintain its office location in Independence, Ohio and will now be branded as Linkmedia 360—a Glynn- Devins company.


Brightview Senior Living, based in Baltimore, Md., has opened Brightview Grosvenor, an assisted living, memory care, and enhanced care community in Bethesda, Md. The community shares the land of Wild Acres, former home of National Geographic pres- ident, editor, and photojournalist Gilbert H. Grosvenor. The Grosvenor community has 58 assisted living apartments, 26 apartments in its Wellspring Village memory care program, and 12 enhanced care apartments for those living with conditions such as ALS, or Parkinson’s Disease. Amenities include a movie theater and a library with a collection of National Geographic books donated by the Grosvenor family. In addition, a welcome center has opened for Brightview Fair Oaks, a 170-apartment independent, assisted living, and memory care community in Fairfax. Executive director is Mike Reed. Apartments are deluxe studio, one- or two-bedroom apartments with one or more baths; many have a balcony or patio.
