Gray shingles with white trim, attractive double-hung win- dows, and a copper cupola reinforce the coastal theme. Hallmarks of the New England style


are used throughout the project including fresh coastal-inspired colors and nautical influences. Materials such as shiplap and inlaid wood ceilings reflect common ele- ments from the beaches, lighthouses, ships, and wharves familiar to both residents and families.

ates a focal point near the entrance.
