02833 PARSLEY, KRAUSA. (Petroselinum crispum). This dense, round plant produces many leaves, almost all of which are tri- ple-curled and frilled. Crisp, dark green leaves resist fading. Ht. 10-12 in. (50 seeds).
02815 PARSLEY, DARK GREEN ITALIAN. (Petroselinum crispum neapolitanum). Flat and deeply cut leaves on stocky stems. The aromatic flavor makes this the easiest, best parsley for drying. Leaves are glossy and dark green. Flavor is more distinctive than curled types. Great for cooking and garnish. A good substitution for folks who find cilantro a tad too strong. 77 days. (1,000 seeds).
01001 ARUGULA, ROCKET. (Eruca sativa). Makes green sal- ads come alive with flavor. Sow from spring through fall. Tolerates frost. Leaves have a slight peppery taste, but not too spicy. Easy-to-grow. Har- vest young leaves and enjoy. (400 seeds).
SWEET. (Majorana horten- sis). Fresh leaves are used to flavor fish, meats, pasta, sauces and beans. Retains its full fla- vor when dried. Complements turkey, lamb and pork dishes. Sprinkle a few dried leaves on buttered bread and broil for a delicious snack. Ht. 24 in. (500 seeds).
