GOOD VEGET Our Best CAULIFLOWER.

ABLES Q Celery.

Sow seeds in a rich, well-drained soil and thin to 12 in. apart. For best results start indoors 10 to 12 weeks before outdoor planting so that seedlings are large enough when ready to plant out. Cooler temperatures may cause bolting.

Plant indoors 1/4 in. deep about 6 weeks before transplanting outdoors. Put into Jiffy pots when plants are about 2 in. high. Or, sow seed directly as soon as soil can be worked. Tie heads for best blanching. One oz. produces about 1,500 plants.
