00476 MISSOURI PINK LOVE APPLE. This heirloom has been grown since the Civil War by Grand- pa Barnes, who grew it as an ornamental, believing (as many people did at the time) that tomatoes or ‘love ap- ples’ were poisonous. Small-Fruited Varieties.

00684 SUGAR LUMP. This 1800’s heirloom remains one of the sweetest small-fruited varieties ever developed. Our select strain, origi- nally found in the Bavarian region of Germany, produces long, grape-like bunches of sweet, red fruits measur- ing about 3/4 in. across. Hardy, in- determinate vines require staking or caging to support the heavy yields of crack-resistant fruit. 72 days. (A) Pkt. (30 seeds) $2.75; 3+ $2.45 each.

00424 LARGE RED CHERRY. The standard salad type with fruits somewhat larger than other cher- ry types. Tall growing plant produces a big yield of bright red, larger, 1-1/4 in. sweet cherry tomatoes. Delicious fla- vor for salads, preserving or eating whole. Indeterminate. 75 days. (A) Pkt. (50 seeds) $2.35; 3+ $2.15 each; (K) 1/2 oz. $8.95; (L) 1 oz. $15.95.

53123 RED TOMATO TRAY. In- creases tomato yields by 40%! Red light is reflected off the tray to the plant to stim- ulate growth. Helps roots retain consistent moisture. Protects against drought and cutworms – yields earlier, tastier harvests. Use with tomato, pepper and vine plants. 12 in. x 12 in. 3 for $10.95; 6 for $19.95.

83021 COLLAPSIBLE TOMATO CAGES. Collapsible square tomato cages are simple to set up. Use one 40 in. tall square cage per determinate plant and two stacked on each other per indeterminate plant. Cages are made of

wire for durability and are easy

store as they fold flat. Wire spikes sink about

heavy gauge

the ground to stabilize the cages. Each cage is 14-1/2 in. wide by 40 in. tall. 3 cages, $34.95.
